Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Space Teacher located in Dwarka. The Space Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging astronomy and space science lessons and activities to students, aligning with the organization’s curriculum. Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, preparing and conducting educational sessions, using creative teaching methodologies, and providing hands-on demonstrations with tools like telescopes. The role also involves conducting training sessions for students and teachers, promoting inquiry-based learning, and ensuring an enriching learning environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and the creation of effective educational content
• Proven experience in Education and Teaching methodologies
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging and motivating students
• Ability to deliver Training and facilitate learning experiences efficiently
• Passion for science education and interest in Astronomy and Space Sciences
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Education, Science, or related fields
• Experience with tools like telescopes and knowledge of practical astronomy is an advantage
• Flexibility to work with diverse age groups and adapt to various learning styles

Training Stipend: ₹15,000 for 45 days of training

Probation Salary (Based upon performance) : ₹25,000 per month

Salary After Probation: ₹35,000 per month
