Full Job Description

Responsible for meeting with and converting walk-ins and leads to registered students

Understand and articulately present information on training courses and maintain relationship with students and their partners

Follow-up with students for training and interviews attendance

Collect student fees, issue cash receipts and hand over cash to the Center Manager

Handle student walk-in inquiries and provide course information to students

Handle and follow-up with all leads assigned and counsel them to visit the center

Guide students through the admission and enrolment process

Conduct initial student assessments (ELAT) and share test results with the Center Manager

Maintain relationship with student’s parents to ensure placement and successful course completion

Collect the fees from the students, issue online cash receipts and hand over the cash to the Center Managers on a daily basis

Follow-up with students & parents on student absenteeism and interview attendance

Update records in internal software [ELITE] and ensure the information accuracy

Collaborates with: Trainers within the assigned centers, Sales Officer & Regional Placement Managers

Regularly sync with the Trainer on high level course content and common student questions in order to be more independent in the enrolment process

Update software on receiving the training material at the Center

Work with MIS and maintain there all activities and stock

Walk-in to Registration ratio (minimum 40%)

Collections of student fees and issuing cash receipt

Accuracy of data entered on internal software

Reviewed every week by Center Manager

Following the enrolment SOP

Receive registration money against each registered student from the SO

Generate RAP receipt against each registered student and email it to the SO

Enter daily all walk-in students, follow up calls as assigned by the HO Counsellor, registrations and collected fees to Center Manager on the MIS system

Hand over collected fees to Center Manager daily

Report daily all walk-in students, follow up calls as assigned by the HO Counsellor, registrations and collected fees to Center Manager

Participant: Weekly operational center meeting

Participant: Monthly Center Business Review meeting

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
