Full Job Description

Primary responsibilities :

· Achieve admissions target for respective programs,

· overview performance of deputy managers/counsellors,

· input and support to webinars/seminars/workshops,

· adherence to admission process,

· Post-admission (sales) support and engagement.

Required skills :

· Proven experience as a guidance counsellor or teacher (offline and online counselling experience )

· Integrity and professionalism

· Ability to operate within a wide range of student personalities and backgrounds

· Education in various models of teaching, best counselling practices and regulations

· Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹750,000.00 per year
