The Association of People with Disability (APD) seeks a full time Senior HR Executive. Based in Bangalore, APD is a non-profit organization which is devoted to the service of persons with disability and is engaged in creating social awareness and acceptance of persons with disability, their education, training, employment and rehabilitation in order to make them to be self-reliant.

 Job Profile:

  • MSW/ MBA specialized in HR from a recognized Institute/University with 3 -5 yrs experience in HR

Job Description :

1) Support Recruitment and development of APD team

2) Facilitate the induction process and ensure that all the employees go through a systematic formal induction process after their joining. 3) Develop and/or upgrade templates of contracts, interview reports, advertising formats. 4) Coordinate employees training program

5) Support line managers to ensure that performance reviews are conducted /Completed as per schedule. 6) Should play role has a Organizer and Co-trainer for training 7) Identification skills gaps in individual employees in consultation with unit heads

8) Asst. to HR manger to prepare annual training calendar 9) Counsel employees  when required or organize /support for suitable outside counselor and mentor 10) Support on med claim and personal accident insurance issues and oversee welfare activity.

11) Key person/single point for correspondence and documentation in HR department 12) Over see complete documentation of employees transactions as per guidelines 13) Resource /fund mobilization for APD/HRD

14) To take up any other tasks that may be entrusted to meet the APD goal by the Management and Obey the rules and regulations of the organization

English and Kannada language is mandatory
