Job Announcement – Coordinator – Early Intervention
Give technical support and build the capacity of APD EI staff (Bangalore and Vijayapura) to become master trainers of early intervention, and ensure SOP, monitoring, evaluation of quality intervention for DD & GDD children.
Authority:
· Hold the position as the (Physiotherapist- Early Interventionist) in EI Department and operate from Bangalore and provide technical support to strategic partners in all District/Divisional programs.
· Develop annual and quarterly plans and budget for the program in consultation with the Senior Program Manager & Director.
· Authorized to implement the agreed proposed program activities in the Strategic partners and overall APD plan of District & Divisional partners
· Authorized to review, monitor and evaluate the program
· Suggest new initiatives in the EI program
· Evaluate the performance of Strategic partners and APD Bangalore EI team members
· Prepare the Content, calendar, modules, PPT, handouts for Strategic Partner (Technical), Strategic Partner (Collaborations) in consultation with Senior Program Manager & Director
Responbilities:
To monitor and evaluate the agreed plans of the EI program and to ensure that the set targets are met in timeline.
