Job description Designation:

Business Development Officer / Admissions and Outreach Location: Kochi, Kerala Role Summary: The role holder will plan, manage and execute all aspects of conducting highly professional outreach programs in Schools, Colleges and other Educational Institutions for building and leveraging the business network. He/she should possess and develop strong relationships with schools, and coaching centres, engage with students, school counsellors, school principals, and parents, make them aware of all the programmes and offerings and encourage them to take admissions.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the complete admission and outreach process and activities and working towards the target.
• Should be aware of all program’s fee structure, financial aid and offerings to students. Generating leads from institutions and students and maintaining meaningful relationships with them
• Identify and develop strategic relationships with schools, and other educational marketing institutions and hold presentations and demonstrations for them.
• Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to increase admissions.
• Keeping on top of administrative tasks while ensuring updating the CRM (customer relationship management) systems.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communications and presentation skills.
• Strong network in the Placement officer and Principal community in the respective region.
• Knowledgeable in marketing and highly impactful in promoting programmes.
• Requires strong interpersonal, motivation, and influencing skills.
• Open to travelling extensively, working and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree in Marketing is preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a marketing function and admission procedures in educational institutions.
