Role Description The Associate–Wellness will support the design and delivery of wellness experiences, programs, and interactions that align with our philosophy of intentional living. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves engaging with community members, understanding their needs, and helping them navigate wellness offerings such as workshops, group sessions, and personalized support. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding participants through wellness activities, providing information on programs and resources, and ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate records of participation and feedback, and assisting in the planning and execution of events and initiatives. The Associate–Wellness will be expected to uphold high standards of customer service, communicate clearly and compassionately, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our wellness ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct yoga sessions for individuals and groups across different age groups and fitness levels.
• Design and deliver engaging yoga programs focused on flexibility, strength, mindfulness, stress management, and overall well-being.
• Organize and lead wellness workshops, retreats, community events, and special wellness initiatives.
• Create educational content on yoga, breathing techniques, meditation, and healthy living for social media, blogs, newsletters, and podcasts.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create engaging videos, reels, and wellness campaigns.
• Support podcast discussions, webinars, and expert sessions related to yoga and holistic wellness.
• Build meaningful relationships with members and encourage active participation within the LifeCraft community.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in yoga, wellness, and holistic health to continuously enhance member experiences.
• Travel as required for workshops, retreats, and community events.

Requirements

• Certification in Yoga from a recognized institute (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Yoga is an added advantage).
• 1-3 years of experience teaching yoga, conducting wellness programs, or community-based fitness initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, and wellness practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable creating video content and conducting both online and offline sessions.
• Passion for community building, lifelong learning, and holistic wellness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple initiatives.
