Role Description
This is a full-time Associate Teacher position with a hybrid work model based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, you will design and implement engaging lesson plans, teach and guide diverse learners in financial literacy, and ensure that course materials meet both educational and real-world standards. Regular tasks include conducting training sessions, delivering live workshops, and fostering an inclusive, dynamic learning environment to empower students with practical financial knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Education
- Experience in Teaching and Training students of various age groups
- Exceptional Communication abilities for effectively interacting with learners
- Proactive mindset with innovative teaching strategies
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Finance, or a related field (B.Com/MBA/M.Com/or in related field)
- B.Ed. and NISM-VA certification will be an additional benefit (not mandatory).
- Knowledge in financial literacy or mentoring is a plus
- Passion for simplifying complex topics and engaging learners
