Job Summary:

We are looking for a training specialist to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge. The trainer is not only expected to transfer knowledge and skill but also motivate and set examples to achieve high levels of excellence.

The training specialist is required to enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees’ workplace performance in alliance with business needs and goals. He/she will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.

The role supports day to day training needs of the process through regular analysis, call monitoring, coaching, instructor-led training and administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities:

Training of new hires on fundamental skills essential for entry level performance – Voice & Accent, Soft Skills, Language Enhancement, Culture Sensitization

Creation, Implementation and execution of training plan

Support business with need-based OJT Support – Coaching and Refresher Training

Training need assessment – parameter-based assessment for root cause analysis and action planning

Content Development

Training need analysis

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders for implementation and evaluation of training projects

Conduct employee engagement activities to maximize conversion.

Expert understanding of training procedures (TNA, Planning, Delivery, Content Development and Evaluation of training.

Competency Requirement (with desired proficiency level):

Communication Skills (Oral and Written) – Advanced

Voice & Accent Domain – Advanced/Expert

Soft Skills Domain – Advance

People Management

Content Development

Language Enhancement Domain – Advanced

Culture Sensitization Domain – Advanced

Behavioral training – Intermediate/Advanced

Flexibility, Integrity and Accountability – Expert

Educational Requirement:

Undergraduate in any field and/or Diploma

Certification in domains like Transactional Analysis, Emotional Intelligence, MBTI, FIRO-B, CPLP, CELTA, NLP will be preferred.

Experience Requirement:

Min. 2 years’ experience in New Hire Training and Coaching
