Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare curriculum, detailed syllabus and Teaching plans
- Plan and execute department events and activities.
- Mentor students in their academic achievement and future prospects.
- Deliver Class Room Lecture / Lab Sessions/ Case Studies etc.
- Arranging guest lectures & workshops for the students in the department.
- Formulating the most prestigious and well-balanced academic program that encourages research as well as addresses the industry’s needs
- Articulating and promoting scholarly excellence culminating into meaningful products and services for the marketplace and society
- Improvising and adopting the best practices from the top universities and corporations in the world
- Providing leadership to earn recognition for the institute, including participation in conferences, events, and competitions
- Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to resource allocation, performance evaluations, cultivating a vibrant work culture, etc
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Ph.D and Master Degree in Management/English from reputed Institutions. First division ( 60% or above) in all examinations and minimum two years of experience in teaching. Candidates from industrial background on corporate training or in the relevant area and having good publications of research articles would be preferred. Candidates who have submitted Ph.D thesis and Viva examination is awaited can also apply.
