Amity University is inviting applications for the position of Faculty – Fashion Designing for its Hyderabad Campus.
Position:-
Faculty – Fashion Designing
Location :- Hyderabad Campus
Qualification:-
Ph.D. in Fashion Designing / Fashion Technology or relevant specialization from a recognized university
Strong academic background with excellent research orientation preferred
Experience:-
2 to 20 years of teaching / industry / research experience
Candidates with exposure to academic administration, curriculum development, industry collaborations, and research publications will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Fashion Designing and allied subjects
Mentor students for academic and industry projects
Develop curriculum and innovative teaching methodologies
Guide research activities and contribute to publications/patents
Organize workshops, fashion shows, exhibitions, and industry interactions
Support accreditation, admissions, and academic development initiatives
Desired Skills
Strong knowledge of fashion trends, , styling, and CAD tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Industry exposure and portfolio development expertise preferred
Passion for teaching, research, and student mentoring
