Job Description:

Applications are invited for the post of Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor/Professor position in the areas of: Analytics, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing & Finance.

Assistant Professor: Candidates should have a Ph.D. or equivalent with a brilliant academic background. Experience, while desirable, is not essential. Those about to complete their doctoral degree may also apply.

Associate Professor: Candidates should have a Ph.D. or equivalent with a successful track record of research and publications and a minimum of 6 years of teaching/research experience, of which at least 6 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor at an institution of repute.

Professor: Candidates should have a Ph.D. or equivalent with a successful track record of research and publication and a minimum of 10 years of teaching/research experience, of which at least 6 years should be at the level of Associate Professor at an institution of repute.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• As Faculty, you will keep yourself fully immersed in terms of breadth and depth of knowledge in the subjects taught and develop a repertoire of Case Studies / Video Clips to support your teaching.
• Programme and curriculum design and development.
• Academic Administration.
• Examinations and evaluation.
• Placements and industry connect.
• Student counselling, institutional admissions and administration.
• A faculty shall be responsible for administrative work mentioned in the KRA.
• Employ innovative experiential learning tools and immersive learning tools to ensure the highest levels of student engagement and satisfaction.
• You will publish Research papers/Case Studies of high quality every year in leading Indian & International journals.
• You will be supporting the Selection of high quality students by conducting intensive interviews of incoming students for Admission.
