Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineering Faculty position at VPMM Group of Institutions, located in srivilliputhur , Tamil Nadu. The role involves designing and delivering innovative and engaging engineering course content, conducting laboratory and practical sessions, guiding students in research and project work, assessing and evaluating academic performance, mentoring students, and participating in curriculum development. Additionally, the faculty member will contribute to academic and extracurricular initiatives to enhance the overall student learning experience.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in relevant Engineering disciplines and a passion for teaching.
- Experience in curriculum development, conducting practical sessions, and managing course content effectively.
- Proficiency in research, academic writing, and guiding student projects.
- Skill in fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative learning environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentorship skills.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Engineering or a related field (Ph.D. candidates preferred).
- Experience in academic research, publications, or industry projects is an added advantage.
- Commitment to professional development and staying updated on emerging engineering trends.
