Assistant Manager – Training Hiring for Job at Delhi NCR, Delhi, Noida Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Reading and analysing process documentation & aligning training material to match the procedures.
• Identify areas that require further hands-on-training opportunities and ensure options are both available and accessible to impacted resources.
• Understanding royalties sales data, royalty calculations & royalty product to support the full suite of training material.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 4-7+ years of training experience in a financial or transactional working environment.
• Adept at working at pace and under pressure, and in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to absorb large amounts of complex information and simplify communication depending on audience (Business / Technology / Leadership)
• Ability to work in a team
• Proficiency in document & report writing
• Keen attention to detail
• Committeemen for ownership
• Knowledge of financial services
• Passion for continuous learning and growing
• Six sigma and lean management system
