Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Program & Human Resource Department in developing the micro action plan for program quality management and employee core skills
- Identify training requirements – Induction, orientation, module based and refresher training at all level for various functions.
- Support in reviewing and designing curriculum & training manuals
- Maintain records and other data for capability development programs and future reference and enforcing retraining when in need
- Should be able to manage a roster of trainers, trainees and system for nomination officers for various Districts, State and national training and skill development programs
- Monitoring program implementation progress and giving input where necessary based on quality improvement
- Ensure that training reports are prepared and shared in a timely manner with respective stakeholders
- Pre and Post testing/ evaluating tools designing and training assessment method implementation
- Strategic Planning for training need analysis and process executions
- Create a monthly/ annual training plan in coordination with Leadership team, business requirements basis skill need/ gap in the employees
- Visiting to the different location and supervising the process delivered at the ground level.
- Conduct meeting of the units’ / handholding employees at the grass-root level periodically to review their performance and address gaps, if any
- Timely recap and revision of day to day session
- Ensure the implementation of the training feedback system for further improvement of content and training mechanism
- Conducting Mock drills and role based training sessions.
Job location – Baner, Pune
NGO/ Non-Profit/ Healthcare Organization experience preferred
