Candidate Expectations:

Candidate should have 5+ years of experience Training and development

Should have minimum 1+ year as assistant manager

Deliver New Hire Training Batches

Conduct Refresher Trainings/cross trainings per requirements

Develop Content for various trainings

Liaison with different functions to drive business objectives

Calibrations within the team and with the quality team

Maintain various training data and prepare reports

Conduct PKTs for associates on the floor

Conduct TNI/TNA to understand process requirements and roll out action plans

Consult with TLs/peers & RM to identify and drive process improvement initiatives

Flexible to work in night shift.
