Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes and facilitates learning interventions and induction training
- Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Conducting Training Needs Analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture requirements across the organization; identifying current and future developmental needs at the individual level, and capacity building requirements at the organization level
- Collecting training records and data
- Perform data analysis, understand trends and provide insights on Learner behaviour and performance
- Support in MIS and dashboards that are simple and intuitive to use
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support
- Generate both periodic and ad hoc training reports as needed
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring stakeholder issues
- Required to interact with multiple internal/external stakeholders on a daily /weekly / monthly basis.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduate with 7+ years of experience in Training Delivery
