Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals for this role. Details below:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with AVP/ Manager to identify individual and departmental performance gaps, plan learning and development strategies
• Craft the Employee handbook and product process brief for all New Joiners, conceptualized the NEO (New employee induction) and execute roll out and implementation
• Create Training Manual, Training Profile Matrix, Escalation Matrix, Training Programs Catalogue, Company Grooming guidelines
• Ensure statutory training requirement Adherence and Manage budgets
• Plan and execute training calendar for various Training related programs.
• Responsible to design and deliver effective training content according to the requirements ensure adherence to training content.
• Prepare training calendar on weekly and monthly. Commence trainings as per schedule. Manage continues professional development process with TNIs and error logs.
• Responsible for preparing training materials & content
• Responsible to assess individual and the overall training programme, evaluating feedback by using prescribed format and enhance the effectiveness of future trainings
• Preparing reports of the programme and submitting to top management and making sure that the implementation of the concepts taught effectively

Job Qualifications:

• At least 4 – 5 years into Process Training with hands on experience on the responsibilities mentioned
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong desire to self-learn
• Comfortable with high-speed working under pressure
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree
