Roles and Responsibilities

• Effectively conceptualize, design, and create engaging and appealing technical content for an adult audience, in a variety of formats like eLearning courses, ILT, teaching aids, call scripts, user guides, reviews etc.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts, stakeholders and existing documentation to define objectives for a course and/or curriculum & outline the concept, defining (needs for) the course medium, content delivery, assessments, accompanying materials, and complementary learning approaches.
• Use PowerPoint to draft screen layouts, graphics and interactions appropriate to the content.
• Write the audio script for each course and work with subject matter expert and voice talent to ensure proper pronunciation and style.
• Design quizzes and meaningful course interactions to increase learning and retention.
• Determine scope, milestones and timeframe for projects.
• Reviewing content for technical, grammatical and style guide requirements
• Manage multiple writing assignments simultaneously by prioritizing project deadlines
• Establish a systematic approach to obtain and review assignments and assessments across all stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with latest design methods and technologies.

Experience: minimum of 3 years ID & content development experience and total min 5 years experience

Education : Bachelors degree in English /Instructional Design /Education or Human Resources (Training/ID emphasis) is preferable but not mandatory.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Comprehensive knowledge of current instructional theories and principles applicable to both online and instructor-led learning programs
• Proficiency expertise in English language, including consistent and correct use of tense, grammar/spelling and terminology that is interesting and varied.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications , Adobe Captivate, Articulate Studio, Storyline, Camtasia, Audacity, Photoshop or similar tools mandatory
• Working knowledge any other eLearning development and graphics design tools will be an added advantage (e.g.Illustrator, Adobe Flash, HTML5, CSS)
• Ability to comprehend complex technical topics and specialized information.
• Needs to be a vivid writer and put ideas, concepts in a simple frame of phrase
• Strong proof-reading skills to produce error-free documents.
• Should possess a creative bend of mind with absolute attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Capacity to work and contribute to a team environment as well as work independently
