Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for an Assistant/Associate Professor specializing in MBA (Supply Chain Management). The responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, guiding student projects and research, developing course materials in Supply Chain Management, and engaging in scholarly activities. The role further involves mentoring students, contributing to curriculum development, participating in departmental meetings, and staying updated with the latest advancements in the field to enrich the program.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Supply Chain Management concepts, logistics, procurement, and operations management.
• Strong teaching, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Experience in research methodologies, data analysis, and academic writing.
• Proficiency in curriculum design and academic program development.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
• MBA/Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior teaching experience in higher education or industry experience in a relevant field is advantageous.
