Urgent hiring for associate teacher

Responsibilities

• Assisting the senior professors and teachers plan the yearly curriculum, make day to day lesson planning to come up with innovative ideas to make learning flexible and enjoyable .
• Supporting the senior teachers to take up classes to finish up scheduled targets in his/her absence.
• Implement ways to handle kids to motivate their interest in the subject as well as elevate the interest of the students through positive reinforcements.
• Assist in making of models and illustrations with the approval of the senior professors to make learning easier.
• Attend meetings and discussions held from time to time to understand the functioning of the classrooms and the strategies implemented
• Help the senior teacher to take up the classes for the weaker students to help them to bring up the grades of the overall class.
• Maintain the performance logs of the students to help the teacher to elevate the confidence of the kids in a positive direction.
• Report to the senior teacher about the performance and PTA meetings held from time time.

Requirements and skills

• Experience as a Teacher Assistant
• Familiarity with school administrative tasks and learning methods
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Cool-tempered and positive attitude
• Firm but kind personality
• A love for teaching and the ability to build a trusting relationship with students, teachers and parents
• College or associate’s degree is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
