Job Description:

• Should have good knowledge of at least one country from Canada, UK, Australia.
• Providing course and institute options to the student.
• Must have knowledge of applying for an offer letter of any one country from Canada, UK, Australia.
• Must have knowledge of applying for the visa application process of any one country from Canada, UK, Australia.
• Advising potential students on education opportunities overseas.
• Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile.
• To Record all the Documents the Client has provided.
• To Scan all Documents and Save it in a Client Folder.
• Follow Up for Additional Documents Required.
• Follow up for Language and Financial requirement status.
• Maintaining all Client Communication and Record all Information in CRM.
• Explain about colleges and different courses.
• Advising students on application procedures.
• To explain about college and fee structure.
• Must be aware of Visa applications.
• Assist in Filling the Visa Forms.
• Track the Progress of the Client’s Visa application.
• To convince and retain the customer in an effective manner.
• To maintain proper records for all the meetings with the students.
• To follow up with the student regularly.
• Give clear and accurate information based on the current policies.
• Assisting with activities to promote overseas education institutions represented by the Company.

Candidate should be:

• Able to understand the queries of the clients and their requirements
• Well equipped with Student Visa Process knowledge
• Good in English writing and speaking
• Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, PPT.
• High level of positive attitude (Can do attitude) and follow problem solving approach.
• Quick learner and adaptive to any process change in a minimal time period.
