Zoho Developer – HRIT Support

Job Purpose The developer must be able to develop software solutions on ZOHO Suite based on internal requirements with good experience of working with ZOHO Creator. He/She must be well versed with working on ZOHO People Plus (ZOHO Recruit/People etc).

Key Responsibilities

• Must be familiar with current ZOHO Application features and functionalities.

• Hands-on experience with ZOHO People and ZOHO Recruit (must have) with other modules like payroll, CRM, books etc (good to have)

• Ability to translate business concepts into the ZOHO system interface and meet the requirements through customizations and/or backend coding.

• Documenting and summarizing internal requirements and feedback.

• Develop workarounds within the system so that, in the case of system limitations, business objective is met.

• Must possess good understanding of API Integrations. Desired Candidate Profile

• Having 2+ years of experience with ZOHO People and Recruit.

• Should be reasonably aware of the various integrations possible with the ZOHO

• Understanding of business requirements and used cases.

• Good experience working in ZOHO Creator.

• Creation of reports and dashboards on ZOHO apps, including ZOHO Analytics.

• Coordinate with the ZOHO support team/ZOHO Partners and resolve issues.

• Tracks and keeps a record of all the documentation pertaining to a project.

• Must have the ability to connect to outside applications via APIs.

• Ability to operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modes.

• Excellent English verbal communication and written communication. Minimum Qualifications/education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field. Minimum experience

• 2 – 6 years of experience with Minimum relevant 2+ years of hands-on experience as a ZOHO Developer – People Plus module.
