What You Will Do:

As a Market Research Executive at our company, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our strategic decisions by providing insights derived from detailed market research. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Conduct Interviews: You will organize and carry out interviews with a diverse set of participants. This includes preparing interview guides, identifying and reaching out to potential interviewees, conducting the interviews, and synthesizing the findings.

Schedule and Conduct Home Immersions: You will plan and execute home immersion sessions to gain a deeper understanding of consumer behaviours and preferences within their personal environments. This involves coordinating with participants, conducting the immersions, and analyzing the observations.

Quantitative and Qualitative Research Surveys: You are expected to design, schedule, and administer both quantitative and qualitative research surveys. This includes developing survey tools, distributing them to the target audience, collecting data, and performing statistical analysis to extract actionable insights.

Report Creation: With the data gathered from interviews, immersions, and surveys, you will compile comprehensive reports. These reports should not only present the findings but also offer clear, actionable insights and recommendations for the company.

You Should Apply If:

Experience: You have at least 1-2 years of experience working in a research-based company. Your background demonstrates a strong track record of conducting in-depth market research and delivering insightful reports.

Analytical Skills: You possess excellent analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful insights.

Communication: You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and are comfortable conducting interviews and presenting findings.

Organizational Skills: You are highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and can meet tight deadlines.

Educational Background: You hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. A background in statistical analysis or experience with research software is a plus.

Innovative Thinking: You bring a creative approach to problem-solving, constantly looking for new and improved methods of gathering and analyzing data.
