We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Soft Skill Trainer to join our team at the college. As a Soft Skill Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and guidance to students, helping them develop essential soft skills that are vital for their personal and professional growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in soft skill training, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver soft skill training programs for college students, focusing on areas such as communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and time management.
• Conduct assessments to identify students’ skill gaps and create tailored training plans to address those gaps.
• Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive activities, to engage and educate students effectively.
• Deliver training sessions through workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions, both in-person and virtually.
• Provide individual coaching and mentoring to students to enhance their soft skills on a one-on-one basis.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ progress, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
• Collaborate with faculty members and other stakeholders to integrate soft skill development into the college curriculum.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in soft skill training and incorporate them into the training programs.
• Network with industry professionals and employers to understand their expectations and incorporate relevant skills into the training.
• Organize and facilitate group activities and projects that promote teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain records of training activities, including attendance, feedback, and assessment results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, communication, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Soft Skill Trainer or similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of various soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, leadership, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and encourage students.
• Proficiency in using technology for virtual training sessions and online resources.
• Organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and deliver training programs.
• Certification or training in soft skill development, coaching, or related areas is a plus.
