Skilling and Education(government projects) is a new foray where Arvind group has ventured and we are looking for learning and development specialist for our garmenting and skilling projects.
Key responsibilities:
1. The incumbent shall continuously interact with the plant teams to prepare the training need
identification(TNIs) and accordingly design the academic curriculum
2. Identify and hire the trainers as per plan(develop ,align and upgrade the skills of trainers as
per plant requirement); facilitate government TOT certifications as and when required
3. Align the TNIs with the ACLP and ensure adherence to the same
4. Support Student Life cycle management activities with special emphasis on
training, placements and post placement activities
5. Be in constant touch with the plant line managers to ensure that desired training
equipments and raw material are available at the centres to maximise the training
effectiveness
6. Check effectiveness and ensure continious improvements by conducting student surveys and
plant surveys at determined frequency.
7. Responsible for external assessments of students
8. Partner with the plant team to track and enhance productivity of the deployed students for a
minimum span of one year
