• Audit current controls and performance monitoring elements to access the effectiveness
• Interact with the teachers for feedback and briefing sessions based on the audits conducted
• Conduct timely assessments based on training conducted
• Maintain and manage timely reportings based on quality vs operation performance
• Identify process improvement plan and according suggest training requirement.
