The OpportunityARTIUM is looking for Recruiter. As a Recruitment Executive – Teacher Recruitment, you would work jointly with the Academic Team, enhance & orchestrate the interviewing and hiring processes of our Music Teachers. You will be responsible for fine tuning of recruiting strategies and building of internal recruitment teams that are up to date and implement cutting edge tactics. A bachelor’s/master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in recruiting as a coordinator or consultant as well as experience screening and interviewing job candidates is required. People management, leadership and resource management skills are a must. Strong communication skills will help you succeed as a recruiting manager, as you will be working closely with the employer, job candidates and freelancers in the industry.What You’ll Do• Finetune & orchestrate recruiting procedures & coin new procedures• Liaise with multiple teams• Search for and initiate new sourcing methods to find candidates• Suggest ways to enhance the employer’s brand• Research the best job advertising techniques• Finetune interviewing methods• Initiate & attend music events and artist expos What You Need to Succeed• Experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, or Recruitment Consultant• Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants• Knowledge of labor laws• Leadership, people and team management skills• Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently• Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases• Knowledge of social media and professional networks• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficientlySkills and QualificationsCommunication skillsFreshers are welcomeMultitasking
