- Exp: Any Graduate with min 2 to 3 year Exp in Sales
- Need to do cold callings and fix face to face appointments
- Giving Product demos & going for home demos
- Getting sales conversion face to face meetings
- Have Laptop+ Wifi+ Smart Phone
- Make cold calls and emails to explore sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly target and close sales.
- Collaborate with teammates and work towards closing deals.
- Calling Customers and converting sales
- Present online demos and convert sales
- To connect with the generated Referrals/leads
Roles and Responsibilities
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, Outbound Calling, Tele Sales & Client Servicing in EdTech sector or as an Education Counsellor is an added advantage
- Candidate will be responsible to generate Referrals/leads from the active subscribers of company’s product
- Responsible for closing the sale with the Referral/lead with respect to the product they are looking for.
- Keep updated with the product offerings and process changes
- Work on the lines of highest ethical and moral standards and as set by the company
- Proficient in English and Hindi / Negotiation, Pitching and dealing with clients / Persistent and results-oriented
- Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set
- Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, spreadsheets , PowerPoint
- Proven track record of exceeding targets as a Sales Manager
- Salary range Rs 60,000.00 to 1 lakh Per month
