Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Art and Craft Trainer Teacher role based in Hyderabad. The Art and Craft Trainer Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons in drawing, painting, and craft activities LIKE REAL WORLD PRACTICAL PROJECTS AND assignments for students across appropriate grade levels. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum, demonstrating techniques, guiding students through hands-on projects, and assessing their progress. The role also involves preparing materials, organizing displays of student work, maintaining an orderly and safe classroom environment, and collaborating with other teachers for events, exhibitions, and integrated projects. The teacher will participate in staff meetings, parent interactions as needed, and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching skills with experience managing classrooms and engaging students in a school setting.
• Proficiency in Drawing, Painting, and Art techniques, with the ability to demonstrate and guide students at different skill levels.
• Experience or interest in Curriculum Development for art and craft, including lesson planning and assessment aligned with school standards.
• Ability to design and conduct creative craft activities that promote fine motor skills, imagination, and artistic expression.
• ANY DIPLOMA 10+2 OR Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Education, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Clear communication skills, patience, and a student-centered, inclusive approach to teaching.
• Willingness to collaborate with colleagues, participate in school events, and contribute to an enriching school culture.
• Prior experience in a primary or secondary school environment is preferred but not mandatory.
