Role prerequisites:

Required:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (English, Education, Linguistics, or a related discipline). High proficiency in English i.e. CEFR level of C2 Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate training sessions, including evenings and weekends. Flexibility to travel across India and South Asia.

Desirable:

Qualified English language trainer or teacher/CELTA certified. Proficiency in using technology and online platforms for instructional purposes. Knowledge of the TOEFL iBT and GRE General tests, including familiarity with test formats, scoring criteria, and content will be an advantage. Prior experience in teaching or training, preferably in a test preparation setting or corporate setting, with a track record of successful outcomes. Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis and compiling reports.
