Role & responsibilities
Role : Process Trainer- BPO Training
Job Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
- Help increase the overall performance of the sales teams by creating and deploying leading-edge learning interventions
- Conduct new hire training – Virtual & F2F
- Monitor and report the effectiveness of the training program.
- Partner with Sales stakeholders in understanding business challenges and creating learning interventions that improve productivity
- Work on learning methodologies /ideas for retaining the learning in the training sessions
- Undertake projects to work with Bottom Quartile employees to enhance productivity
- Accompany and support business teams on-field to understand gaps and showcase best practices
- On the job coaching and feedback
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Preferred candidate profile
- The Trainer will work with the Sales Development leads to determine and create training and develop best practices related to changes in the process.
- Need to have good presentation skills.
- A minimum of 1 years experience as a process/sales trainer/ BPO Trainer.
- Any graduation preferred. Experience or Education in Business Management is a plus.
- Excellent Communication and team management skills
- Solid knowledge of Sales management and B2C sales pipeline management
