Job Description

• To ensure that the center is properly staffed, equipped, and maintained.
• Procure and arrange instructional resources for use in the classroom or Lab and provide an explorative and comfortable learning environment to the students in the center.
• Addressing parents & students concerns without affecting relationships with them
• Managing staff and ensuring policies and procedures are being implemented
• Dealing with vendors for any infrastructure issue.
• Batch Formation or scheduling and launching accordingly.
• Maintain attendance of the students, fees collection and other operations.
• Student engagement activities.
• They must oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, including managing the budget, tracking expenses, and maintaining records.

Required Skill

• Candidate should be from Education Industry.
• Proven ability to take key decisions independently and lead a team.
• Ability to self – evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities.
• Friendly, flexible approach, open for feedback.
• Should have an influential personality with excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
• Should have knowledge of working on computers that includes MS Excel, Word, Google Drive etc.
• Able to maintain confidentiality.
