Responsibilities

1. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.

2. Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.

3. Conducting interviews in Colleges/Universities during their recruitment drive.

4. Completing paperwork for new hires.

5. Providing recruitment reports to team managers 

6. Compliance with company procedures and guidelines

7. Calculating monthly salaries for Teaching & Non-teaching staff.

8. Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets & calculating their work hours.

9. Preparing payroll reports.

10. Distributing payment statements.

11. Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.

12. Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.

13. Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.

14. Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.

Qualifications

Any Graduate with min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
