• Ability to manage complaint calls with a calm disposition and Patience.
• Willingness to learn and understand all the products and services offered by the organization.
• Ability to multitask.
• Preferred – Must be having experience in Credit card/Loan sales/Insurance.
• Work from the office and full-time role.
