Arena Animation Kankurgachi is seeking a passionate Academic Counselor to join our team. As an Academic Counselor, you will guide students in choosing the right course based on their interests, aptitude, and career aspirations. You will work with students to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and goals to help them make informed decisions about their academic future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on various courses offered by the institute
• Assess students’ aptitude and interests to help them select the right course
• Provide information about career opportunities in the web, animation, VFX, gaming, and multimedia industry
• Maintain accurate records of student information and follow up with potential leads

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals
• Knowledge of the animation, VFX, gaming, and multimedia industry is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in counseling or sales in the similar domain
