Job Description: Motion Graphics faculty
Responsibilities:
Instruct and guide students pursuing courses in Motion Graphics and visual effects, with a focus on software proficiency in softwares like Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Coral, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Faculty will be responsible for the complete Motion Graphics journey. Extra marks if the candidate knows about 2D & 3D is also .
Prepare and deliver engaging lectures and practical training sessions to enhance students’ technical skills and creative abilities.
Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to help students understand complex concepts and software functionalities effectively.
Supervise and evaluate students’ progress in their projects and assignments, offering constructive feedback and support to foster their growth and improvement.
Develop and update the course curriculum to align with the latest industry standards, trends, and technological advancements in the field of Graphics. .
Stay abreast of the latest software updates, industry practices, and emerging trends in animation to provide students with up-to-date knowledge and skills.
Mentor and motivate students to think critically, explore their creativity, and develop their unique artistic styles.
Collaborate with other faculty members and management to organise workshops, seminars, and events that enrich students’ learning experience and industry exposure.
Assist in career guidance and placement support, helping students prepare their portfolios and job-seeking strategies.
Maintain a positive and professional learning environment within the classroom, encouraging open communication and fostering a sense of community among students.
Support administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, student record maintenance, and reporting as required.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Motion graphics software, with hands-on experience in student management.
Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts to students of varying skill levels.
Passion for animation and a deep commitment to supporting students’ growth and development in the field.
Updated knowledge of industry trends, techniques, and software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and contribute to the overall success of the institute’s academic programs.
