As an Unreal & VFX Generalist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth training on the tools, software and workflows for Real Time Engines used on VFX Shows. You will be providing face-to-face technical support and assistance to students,

Our talented Unreal Generalists are technical and demonstrate an aptitude for creative problem solving. You will be regularly required to:

• Take Students batches and Provide technical coaching and support for students
• Collaborate with senior faculty members to develop better work flow for employability of students
• Contribute to the development and constant improvement of the training and placement
• Ensure requests for training on emerging tech tools with company strategy

As well as being able to demonstrate technical skill and initiative, you will need to be an excellent communicator – your ability to accurately and succinctly communicate between technical students and other faculty will help you thrive in this role.

Above all, you will be at the centre of some of the most exciting and challanging work on VFX, working with some of the most talented individuals in the industry. You will be in a fantastic position to develop your skills as a tool developer in a creative, collaborative environment.

Must have:

•  A degree/skill in Unreal/Visual Effects, Computer Graphics or related field
• Previous work experience in visual effects, games or related industry
•  Exposure to technical development
•  Defensible Communication skills
•  Exposure to virtual production tools (VR headset, Unreal or Unity, Maya, Houdini)

 Nice to have:

• Experience in developing tools such as Houdini, Maya, Blender, etc.
• Previous experience in Games, Themed Entertainment or Visual Effects or a related industry
• Solid understanding of the Visual Effects pipeline
