Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing end to end learning Programme.
• Scheduling, managing and delivering training sessions on wide variety of topics.
• Supporting & handholding employees for learning implementation at ground level.
• Analyzing data to measure learning effectiveness and impact.
• Supporting in designing & developing learning programs.
• Managing training data MIS /reporting
• Work with line managers and employees to create robust TNI/refresher plan to improve staff performance via adopting various trending methodologies.
• Participate in other T&D initiatives as a project resources if required.
• Traveling as per need for conducting TNA and/or delivering sessions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3- 6 years of relevant Training domain experience required. Prior experience from SFB/MFI will be added advantage
• Graduate BBA or MBA (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stake holders
• Proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Open to travel Branches
• Quick Joiners will be getting 1st Preference.
