Role Description As an Area Manager Academics at Next Education, you will oversee academic implementation and performance for assigned schools, ensuring that all Next Education products and curricula are effectively adopted in classrooms. You will collaborate with school leaders, coordinators, and teachers to plan academic calendars,LMS, ERP & monitor learning outcomes, and drive continuous improvement in teaching and learning practices. The role includes conducting training sessions, classroom observations, academic audits, and data-driven reviews to align on best practices and address academic gaps. You will work closely with internal teams to provide feedback on curriculum, pedagogy, and product enhancements, and to support successful rollouts of new academic initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hubli, Karnataka.
Qualifications

• Strong background in Education and Educational Management, with experience working in K–12 schools, academic coordination, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development, including designing, implementing, and reviewing school curricula aligned with learning standards and outcomes.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage school leadership, train teachers, and present data and insights clearly and persuasively.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret academic performance data, identify trends, and recommend targeted academic interventions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field; professional certifications in educational leadership or academic management are an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage multiple schools or regions, prioritize tasks, and meet academic and operational goals within timelines.
• Comfort with educational technology platforms and MS Office or similar tools for reporting, analysis, and communication.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area for school visits, reviews, and academic support activities.
