Curriculum Designer- English (Leading online tutoring company)

Location: Flexible – Work from home, or Bangalore office

Type of role: Full-time (9 hours per day, 5 days per week)

Roles and responsibilities

You’ll be part of a small, intensely collaborative curriculum and content team of the English language program. Your role will involve:

• Identifying the most visual and engaging ways to build English language proficiency in children.

• Creating storyboards and lesson plans with clear and simple explanations.

• Create uniform and standardized content to cover speaking, reading, and writing.

• Seeking feedback from teachers, students, and parents to continually improve the curriculum.

Eligibility and Experience

• English language qualification (MA in Education/Linguistics/ELT; or a Diploma in Teaching of English/CELTA/DELTA qualification).

• Minimum 2 years of experience with content development for pre-primary or primary children (mandatory).

• Creative writing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
