You will be a Education Counsellor working in small teams to provide career and educational counselling. An opportunity to develop yourself with industry leaders. Major Responsibilities: –

• Pitching services to new prospect clients

• Providing Counselling and related advisory to the students & Professionals under the guidance of seniors

• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs

• Understanding and promoting company programs

• Probing with clients effectively and providing them with relevant solutions

• Closing incoming leads into successful admissions.

• Communication and follow-ups with students & professionals assigned. Engage students & professionals in meaningful conversations about their education and careers

• Ensuring 100% client satisfaction for all the clients assigned to you.

• Effective communication with seniors and the management team

• Training new team members

• Use inputs provided by research teams, validate them and apply them on the market

• Practising consistency in daily communication protocols

• Working with other members as a team, and being supportive

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed institution is a must.

• 3-5 years of experience in the Education or Sales & Marketing industry.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Understanding of Indian and the Foreign Education Industry.
