• You’ll design and build apps to be used by billion of users
• You’ll regularly brainstorm and improve the app, come up with features and take ownership of the product
• We are paranoid about performance
• you’ll investigate performance/scalability bottlenecks and (re)write code with performance optimisation in mind
• Leadership at Apps10X isn’t about telling other people what to do.

You lead by example and by listening.

• You’ll serve as a role model for software design by developing, sharing, and setting the quality bar for Apps10X.
• You’ll lead, mentor, and guide other developers in best practices.
• Be responsible for core android application development, release cycles, code quality, stability and performance.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams (i.e. Design, Backend, QA, Marketing etc.) on planning and execution

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Have 5-10 years of experience in app development and managing a team
• Come up with your own goals and don’t need heavy direction or daily check-ins
• Deep understanding of kotlin and coroutines.
• Knowledge of design patterns (MVVM & MVI)
• Good knowledge of memory management, concurrency, and multi-threading
• Experience of working with Test Driven Development
• Experience and passion to built great user experiences
• Expert knowledge of Java, OOPS, data structure and algorithms
• Have experience in setting up the full workflow
• right from dev, test, build to deployment
• Well-versed with Agile methodologies, Jira, Git, CI/CD, Test Engineering and Automation
• You are inspiring, your team sees you as a role model
• You measure your own success by the progress of the people around you.
• You care deeply about mentorship and growing engineers.
• Collaborative communicator and a tech savvy subject matter expert in Mobile development.
• Previous work experience at startup would be a plus
