About the Role:
The Applied Learning Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring applied learning initiatives across multiple locations in Karnataka. This role requires extensive travel to various centres to ensure smooth execution, quality delivery, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee applied learning programs across different locations
- Travel regularly to centres to monitor activities, provide support, and ensure program effectiveness
- Collaborate with local teams, trainers, and stakeholders for smooth implementation
- Ensure consistency and quality in program delivery across all centres
- Conduct periodic reviews, assessments, and reporting of program outcomes
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements for enhanced learning impact
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and training support to on-ground staff
- Maintain documentation and submit regular progress reports to management
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in education, training, or program coordination
- Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and stakeholders effectively
- Experience in NGO/education sector will be an added advantage
