Summary:

• Partners with the Learning Experience Design lead, to prototype and develop theinstructor led (ILT), vILT and Web based (WBT) learning experience and then guides the designers in the development of the learning components
• Ensures that learning experience components are developed perthe ILT, vILT and WBT instructional developmentprocess, quality, effort budget, timeline, and durability standards while fostering an iterative, Design Thinking approach to learning developmentcomponents
• Provides the day-to-day direction of multiple learning experience components specifically those with small-to-medium scope, moderate budget, and complexity – required to achieve business outcome
• Depending on the scope and size of the learning experience, may be required to provide limited hands-on development of learning components
• Is supported by the Managerto track, report progress, and ensure completion per the agreed-upon schedule and within budget
• Manages a team of 2-4 (on average) Instructional Designers, internal/external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
