Currently we are having an opening for Training Manager role with one of our esteem clients- Mumbai (Powai).
Exp: 4 + Years
Location: Mumbai (Powai)
Notice Immediate- 1 month.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The hired will be responsible for learning and development activities.
The role includes induction of new employees, and extended partners, POS agents etc.
This includes training related to Life insurance products, selling skills and support on the field to demonstrate and observe sales calls.
The person should be ready to travel for training needs and should create and follow a monthly training calendar.
