Looking for a candidate who can give training to Students in IT and Soft Skill (Both)

Location- Kolkata

Responsibilities and Duties

· Imparting training on domain

· Mapping and identifying where needy underprivileged youths may be found, counseling the youths to do the courses.

· Review student resumes and give feedback; provide coaching for the interview process.

· Conducting mock interviews.

· Assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments.

· Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.

· Observe and maintain accurate and complete records of student’s progress and development.

· Counseling students with academic problems and providing student encouragement.

· Groom the students to prepare them for jobs.

· Ensuring good employment opportunities for the students with prospective employers.

· Needs to undertake additional responsibilities from time to time based on the organizations needs.

Key Skills

Basic knowledge in MS Excel with vlookup, hlookup, sort, filter, hyperlink etc.

Basic hardware & software knowledge. ( computer spares, Operating system, application software)

Basic knowledge in MS Word

Basic internet knowledge like web browsing, new email creation, online shopping etc.

Concept of Google Drive, OneDrive

Online Meeting Tool – WebEx, Skype,

Remote Desktop Tool – TeamViewer, Any desk, Ammyy

Required Experience and Qualifications
Education: Graduate
Relevant Experience in years : 1year

Part-time hours: 36 per week

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
