 Imparting training on assigned courses.
 Mapping and identifying Differently-Abled youth for the next
batch.
 Identifying training location and infrastructure as per the
requirement.
 Counseling the Differently-Abled Youth to join the course and to
join a job after the training.
 Review student resumes and give feedback; provide coaching for
the interview process.
 Conducting mock interviews.
 Assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments.
 Maintain students’ attendance as per the policy and Keep proper
records and documents of batch wise students’ attendance.
 Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.
 Observe and maintain proper records of student’s progress and
development.
 Counseling of students with academic issues and challenges and
provide encouragement to the students.
 Groom the students to prepare for jobs.
 Need to coordinate with the Admin, accounts and other support
functional teams time to time as per the requirement.
 Need to escort the students to the job interview locations on the
dates of interviews.
 Need to undertake additional responsibilities from time to time
based on the organizational needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,595.20 – ₹25,057.92 per month
