AntWalk Hiring For Program Lead – Soft Skills at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time

• Interact & Brainstorm with leadership teams at enterprises to assess gaps in skill and build customized programs as per their need.
• Research and create academic courses and content for Professional Skills.
• Work with the Program Director to define the Course outline.
• Work with professional domain experts to draft PPTs, in-class activities, MCQ, case studies, etc.
• Be present in the class, interact with Learners, and encourage and measure class participation.
• Assist students in course-related queries and doubts clarification.
• Communicate with the Learners about upcoming classes and project deadlines.
• Evaluate student performance through interviews, quizzes, and live projects.
• Engage with learners on different community forums, gather and resolve their queries.
• Drive the overall NPS of the class.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
• 4-7 years of Soft Skills experience or related field
• You should understand various soft skills such as communication, interpersonal skills, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and critical thinking. Your expertise in these skills will enable you to teach and demonstrate them effectively to learners.
• You should possess strong facilitation skills to guide group discussions effectively, activities, and exercises. You should be able to create an interactive and collaborative learning environment, encouraging participation and knowledge sharing among learners.
• Certification in Professional Skills will be an added advantage.
