We’re looking to hire an Executive Assistant at Antler to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the Partners of the Company. The position will be based in Bangalore and it is a full-time role. 

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage the calendars of the Partners and set up meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
  • Manage petty cash
  • Act as an office manager by (a) keeping up with office supply inventory, (b) the point of contact regarding office lease – landlord and oversee the performance of the office service providers 
  • Maintenance of the Office premises.
  • Attend to office guests in terms of refreshments
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system

Requirements and skills

  • 3 – 5 years Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Bachelors / Masters degree in any field
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
